Thank you for bringing clarity, support, caring, kindness and accountability into my life. Projects and dreams which felt stuck in my mind are now on my calendar. More importantly, my thinking has shifted and I'm taking action towards accomplishing them. Typically, it's not my nature to ask for help. Thank you for your sincere desire to walk with me through the fear that blocked me from realizing my worth. You're truly a gift in my life and I look forward to our next appointment. 

Debbie Carvery helped me clarify what I wanted to do with my recovery. I feel my spine tingling now after talking to her about me being overwhelmed at having too many programs . I feel my load is lightened...We clarified my priorities, and we looked at what was most important to me now. -Which programme was most important to me right now. She also spoke of complex trauma,how you feel as a child and how you react as a child. And how it makes the world occur in your lived experience.

I would like to say that I really enjoy my sessions with Debbie. She has a truly caring heart and is very patient and understanding. She makes herself available in any way can and will give you enough tools in your recovery healing journey. She will facilitate in helping you decide what works best for you, your goals and will point you towards including God in all your solutions and decisions while she offers her support. To me she is a person who is totally surrendered to God and is actually open to sharing her skills and wisdom to anyone who is placed in her path. Whether you are Christian or of another belief she is open to working with you, for who you are and wherever you live if the schedule works. She has a genuine love for people and God. I am truly grateful to have her journey with me getting through life's challenges and I highly recommend her.
